"...one of the things that keeps me going, that keeps me inspired and really enthusiastic is… having a team of people around me that I lean on for advice... I just ask questions constantly, and I think that naturally I'm quite a curious person that constantly wants to know what is going on and what is happening behind the scenes...” - Laura Croudace
In this episode we speak with Laura Croudace about being a fundraising enthusiast. Our enthusiasm takes us to talking a little about CRMs, corporate partnerships and mentoring too.
The genesis of this episode was born out of a conversation about CRMs but in speaking with Laura there were so many interesting, inter-connected points, that our enthusiasm took us for an exciting run around.
One overriding topic in this episode is ‘enthusiasm’. Where we get it from, how we maintain it, and what it can mean to the formation of good ideas, a willingness to try and fail and try again, and how we can share this with other fundraising and charity colleagues.
