How can we ensure best practice, sustained changed and avoid all tokenism? The purpose of this discussion is to open up constructive and purposeful conversation because the decisions we make now, will affect the sector for years to come and the lives of those whom the sector touches.
Siobhan has been Head of Inclusion at Action for Children since March 2014. She is UK lead for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and oversees ‘Young Empowerment’. Siobhan worked for several years within the Youth Justice field, is a qualified Social Worker and was a Cardiff Councillor.
